– Violence : No images depicting violence, gore, or graphic content

– Hate Symbols : No hate symbols, racist imagery, or content promoting hate speech

– Illegal Activities : No avatars showing illegal activities, including drug use or criminal acts

– Harassment : No images that could be considered harassing, bullying, or targeting an individual or group

– Copyrighted Material : No use of copyrighted images without permission

– Personal Information : No photos or images that include personal information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)

– Impersonation : No avatars impersonating other users, celebrities, or public figures in a misleading or harmful way

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

Product Download Limit

For each product you (user / customer) buy there is a download limit on our website zakastudios.com (store) of 3 times and the download link expires in 30 days after which you (user / customer) will have to repurchase the products again if you (user / customer) want to gain access to the products download link again. The products that are already purchased and downloaded does not expire the validity of the licenses you (user / customer) received with the products.
